  These Terms of Use of the GREGORY Hotel website apply to accommodation booking orders offered by Stroy Invest SRL through https://gregoryhotel.md.

  Before using the site, we recommend that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1.1. This website is owned by Stroy Invest SRL. When placing a booking, the Buyer accepts the Terms of Sale of services based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") presented below.

  1.2. The use of the website https://gregoryhotel.md implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by Stroy Invest SRL in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the buyer and the seller is established on the basis of Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.

  1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor any changes.

  2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

  2.1. By using the https://gregoryhotel.md website, you automatically consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary to process, confirm, and execute your booking.

  2.2. Personal data is processed solely for lawful purposes, such as providing the products you ordered, running promotional campaigns, Google Analytics, cookies, and sending notifications or newsletters.

  2.3. All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions established by Law No. 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection.

  2.4. We employ commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information on the website. However, data transmission over the Internet or wireless networks cannot be completely secured. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information provided by the Buyer; thus, the Buyer does so at their own risk.

  3. BOOKING PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT

  3.1. Payment for accommodation can be made using any bank card. After payment, you will receive a voucher confirming your booking by email.

  3.2. Online payment is processed under maximum security conditions using a payment card as an online transaction tool.

  3.3. The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, representing a modern global approach to authenticating buyers in secure online transactions. This security measure includes redirecting the user during payment to a secure maib page, where the identity of each cardholder is authenticated via a single-use code issued for each online transaction.

  3.4. To complete the payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is carried out in compliance with all necessary security measures. The data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored exclusively on a specialized server of the payment system.

  3.5. The following details will be requested to complete the payment:

  • Card number (16 digits)

  • Expiration date (month and year)

  • CVC or CVV code (3 digits)

  • Cardholder’s First Name and Last Name

  3.6. All payments are processed in the national currency, MDL (Moldovan Leu). If the currency of the transaction differs from the payment currency, the conversion of the transaction amount is performed at the exchange rate for card transactions on the settlement day set by the issuing bank.

  4. PRIVACY POLICY

  4.1. In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection, the service provider processes personal data. Personal data is processed in good faith on the basis of and in compliance with legal standards.

  4.2. Personal data processing is performed using mixed methods (automated and manual) in compliance with legal requirements and under conditions that ensure security, confidentiality, and respect for the rights of data subjects.

  4.3. The Provider collects and processes only the personal data provided by consumers when placing a booking: first name, last name, phone number, physical address, and postal address.

  4.4. Personal data is used exclusively for website administration, providing access to information—specifically for order delivery or contacting the consumer to fulfill delivery. Thanks to this information, users and consumers are informed that their personal data (first name, last name, phone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used. The service provider processes personal data provided by users and consumers while browsing, using, or registering on https://gregoryhotel.md.

  4.5. Any information provided by users and consumers of https://gregoryhotel.md will be reviewed and constitutes direct consent to the use of personal data by the Provider.

  4.6. The Provider will not disclose any available data to third parties without the consent of data subjects, nor will it trade, exchange, or disclose this data to others, except as provided for by current legislation (upon request by state authorities, legal entities, court authorities, or persons authorized to process personal data).

  4.7. Personal data may be processed and used by the Provider for statistical purposes and further promotional activities.

  4.9. Employees of the service provider are required to maintain the confidentiality of consumer personal data. Personal data processing will be carried out by an authorized person designated by the Provider.

  4.10. The Provider uses security techniques and technologies in accordance with applicable laws.

  4.11. The Provider does not collect transaction-related details such as card expiration dates or country of origin.
